The conference/workshop will be held on the campus of McMaster University, which is nestled next to the Royal Botanical Garden in the pleasant western part of the city of Hamilton. The campus is a 45 minute drive from Pearson International Airport in Toronto. The campus features a garden-like atmosphere in the late spring.

The conference will be held in the newly constructed Centre for Learning and Discovery, which features the latest in theatre-style lecture hall facilities.
